Alberta's Addiction Helpline offers confidential support for alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and problem gambling: 1-866-332-2322
 
The Kids Help Phone offers professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people by texting CONNECT to 686868.

The Do More Agriculture Foundation is a not-for-profit organization focusing on mental health in agriculture across Canada. 
 
If you require health advise or information call Health Link 24/7 by dialing 811 or visit MyHealth.Alberta.ca Those who have difficulty with hearing or speech - and use a Teletypewriter (TTY) to communicate with regular telephone users - can contact Health Link 24/7 using the TELUS Relay Service(TRS)
